1.0 Preparation of Necessary Documents:
1.1 Oath Form;
a) Must be duly notarized with metered stamp.
1.2 Attachments;
a) Valid PRC ID as Electronics and Communication Engineer.
b) Valid IECEP ID or Certificate of Membership in good standing from IECEP.
c) If available, PRC ECE Board Certificate original (optional).
1.3 Fee to be paid;
a) Php 600.00 - for conversion/re-registration.
b) Php 250.00 - for duplicate ID.
For expired Professional Identification Card, fees will be assessed by the PRC Registration Division.
1.4 2pcs.* Passport size ID picture (colored picture with complete name tag in plain white background)
1.5 1pc. 1x1 ID picture**.
2.0 Procedure for filing:
2.1 Fill up the application form. Be sure the requirements are attached.
2.2 Submit or file completed application form to PRC or to any IECEP officers (who shall assist you in having your application filed and processed at PRC).
2.3 Upon receipt of completed application from, PRC shall process it and advises you or your authorized representative when to come back to secure your new ID and Certificate after payment of necessary fees.

* Additional 3 pcs Passport size ID pictures (2 pcs. for the Application form, 2 pcs. for the Oath form and 1 pc for the PRC file).
** 1x1 ID picture must have a name tag with plain white background.

Meron po bang deadline sa conversion/re-registration?
Pano kung walang valid IECEP ID or Certificate of Membership ng IECEP?
5 years after the approval of RA9292 (April 17, 2004) is the deadline for the conversion. IECEP ID is one of the requirements for the conversion in PRC. If you don't have IECEP ID yet, contact IECEP-Davao (contact info is on
the header of the blog) fill-up the membership form http://www.iecep.ph/IECEP%20MEMBERSHIP%20FORM.pdf and submit your accomplished membership form to IECEP-Davao office.
